Beyond Financial Services:
A Movement for Dignity
We are not just a fintech company. We are a movement dedicated to restoring financial dignity to Kenya's unsung heroes.
The Word Mlinzi & Our Genesis
“Mlinzi” is more than a Swahili word for “security guard” — it's a symbol of protection, vigilance, and unwavering service. Yet, we observed a painful irony.
The very people who safeguard our homes, businesses, and institutions are systematically excluded from the financial systems they protect. Classified as “high-risk” by traditional banks, security guards are forced into predatory lenders, trapping them in cycles of debt that undermine their dignity and stability.
This realization became our founding principle: to build a financial system that protects those who protect us.

The Two-Sided Problem We're Solving
For Security Guards
- Financial exclusion from formal banking
- Reliance on predatory loan sharks
- No emergency financial safety net
- Living paycheck to paycheck
- Strained family relationships from financial stress
For Security Companies
- High guard absenteeism rates
- Difficult payroll reconciliation
- High guard turnover and retraining costs
- Delayed client payment impacts
- Manual compliance reporting burden
Built on Sean360:
The Proven Foundation
Instead of building from scratch, we integrated with Sean360 — Kenya's leading security management platform that already processes millions of transactions.
- Guard deployment & scheduling data
- Biometric attendance tracking
- Automated payroll processing
- Real-time performance analytics
- Employer verification systems

Principles That Guide Every Decision
These aren't just words on a wall. They're the principles that guide every decision we make.
Dignity First
We believe financial services should empower, not exploit. Every product decision starts here.
Radical Transparency
No hidden fees, no complex terms, no surprises. What you see is exactly what you pay.
Responsible Innovation
Technology that serves people, not replaces them. We build tools that enhance human dignity.
Partnership Ecosystem
We succeed only when our guards and partners succeed. Shared prosperity is our model.
